I made these in little ramekins for breakfast one morning, total hit! I used honey but you could
use some stevia or real maple syrup instead. If you don’t have ramekins, a muffin tin will totally
work too.
Ingredients:
π 4 apples, sliced
π 2 T Coconut Oil
π Cinnamon (to your liking)
π 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
π 2 tsp raw honey or real maple syrup (or about 6 drops pure stevia)
Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Mix the coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla, and sweetener in a bowl until smooth. Stuff the apples into the ramekins, don’t be shy, shove them in there! Spread the mixture evenly among the four, rubbing it on the tops of the apples. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, allow to cool a bit before chowing down.
