I remember learning in a philosophy class that we completely change as people every seven years. When I think back, it’s true. Things are always changing, rather rapidly at times. Upon diving more deeply into my studies, I found it’s true that our cells totally rejuvenate after seven years too– so we are transforming in more ways than one every sever years!
Once upon a time, I didn’t know much of anything about nutrition or wellness. I didn’t much care, either. But as I embraced my 30s I began my journey to wellness, my journey to “crunchy”. The changes over the last several years brought me from obese walking pharmacy with fertility issues to healthy weight & drug-free mother of four….who is now embracing her 40s!
Now, my passion is empowering women to harness control of their lives by uniting spiritual and physical wellness. After years in the fast-paced energy of a New Jersey clinic, I followed my intuition to the magic of the Idaho mountains, where I now guide transformations virtually from our little slice of paradise.
I help unhealthy people get healthy, plain & simple. No diagnosing, treating, or curing…just simple health. Welcome!
